I am located in the Largo/Pinellas Park area of Florida.

Shipping Policies:

Shipping is a dangerous and usually illegal practice. Therefore we do not ship.

Fees:

Our babies are $20 ea. or $30 for a same sex pair.

Additional Information & Policies:

We require an adult (over 18) adopter. We have no problems with rats being owned by a minor, however we do require a parent/guardian to be responsible and sign all the necessary paperwork.

We discourage pets of any kinds as 'presents'. Adoption should be a family event, not a surprise.

Same sex pair adoptions are highly encouraged. This provides a sibling to keep each other entertained.

You agree to provide a clean adequate cage, good food, fresh water, plenty of TLC and play time.

You agree to read and sign an adoption agreement.

You will be provided with a care packet at time of adoption. This includes information on the care of your new pets.

Our rats are pet only and a signed adoption agreement is required.

We do not provide adopters with carriers to take home their new babies in.

We do maintain a waiting list and due to the nature of breeding cannot guarantee any specific colors/types/genders prior to birth or gurantee babies out of any specific litter.

We do not breed on demand or to fulfill our waiting list. At times an adopter may wait a few months to adopt from us.

We reserve the right to deny an adopter at any time.

Litter reservations fill up fast. Please reserve early. Also, reservations are not guarantees to babies from a specific litter due to the nature of breeding. We cannot guarantee any colors or genders in advance. While we will try to work with you to help you find the perfect pets, we aren't able to make guarantees.
